The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, just like home. It lies near the West Gate (Front of Village) in the resort community of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. Early check in and late check out available. Keyless entry for no hassle check in. We provide the propane for the grill, free wifi, coffee, and creamers.

The location is ideal for those wanting easy access and short drive time to all Village amenities, including 9 golf courses, fitness center, trail systems, outdoor and indoor pool, pickle ball, mini golf, and 12 beautiful lakes! DeSoto Golf Course is a 3 minutes away and the DeSoto Trail System, Lake DeSoto, Rec Center, and the Marina are adjacent to the course. The DeSoto Trail follows the shoreline of Lake DeSoto and offers bikers, joggers and walking enthusiasts everything they could ask for. Walk along the DeSoto lake to Way Point Marina to relax and enjoy a lakeside lunch or rentals - pontoon boat, paddle boards, canoe, kayaks, and pedal boats are available for rent.

Greg and Kathy have been married since 1994. We have 4 beautiful, fun, professional adult children, and eight of the most adorable, smart, and perfect grand children. We met in Monroe, Louisiana and later moved to Arkansas. We have been in Hot Springs Village since 2006. We have long term rental properties in Camden, Arkansas and our short term rental located just next door to us in Hot Springs Village. We love the quiet natural setting and the neighbors are the best.
